For new product development materials selection and design is provided for the complete hermetic package and cover, including all feedthroughs of the entire assembly.  The use of a proprietary modeling tool and database enables wide margin designs.  Our onsite metrology suite includes Hitachi SEM, Bruker EDX and Keyence 7000 tools for rapid turn times.
